I was pleasantly surprised to see the gladiolas popping up and blooming this week!

I finished this piece last night. I was hoping to finish it by July 4, but didn't quite make my deadline.

We left town for the long weekend. Now she is hesitant to let us out of her sight.

Sparklers were really our only fireworks this year. Still pretty, though.

My sister-in-law and mother-in-law made the cake and cupcakes for the baby shower they hosted today. So yummy!!

we have yellow squash growing in the garden!
