My sister-in-law brought her cat over to her parents house for Christmas. This was after he ripped his Christmas tie off.

decorated (plastic) horse

I introduced you to this plastic horse last month. The people who own the plastic horse decorated it for Christmas.


They must be serious about their horse. And I have to ask - why does someone want a life-sized plastic horse in their front yard?

winter at Lake Waccamaw

We arrived in Lake Waccamaw today. It's pretty cold, cloudy and foggy. Those conditions still make for a pretty picture.

gift-wrapping help

Chloe was bored just watching me wrap presents today, so she jumped on the table to help.

pumpkin pie

I made pumpkin pies with gingerbread men (cut out of pie crust) on top.

The recipe was my great-grandmothers. And the pies (there were two) turned out great!
